Material: MDF is made from pressed wood fibers that are bonded together under high pressure with resin. This gives MDF a very smooth surface. The MDF boards from our collections are always treated with a strong primer and painted in a color. This ensures that the item is well protected and ready for use.

Maintenance: The advantage of MDF is that it does not splinter or warp. However, untreated MDF is very moisture- and heat-sensitive due to its strong absorption properties. As a result, MDF expands and cannot return to its original state. Treated MDF is very suitable for frequently used furniture such as tables and cabinets.
