Can anyone tell me whether the alarm clock of the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 can be switched on and off remotely (via the Internet) using a smartphone? Perhaps there is a tip as to which device can do this.

No, there is no app for remote control and Google Assistant cannot control alarms on other devices.

You can't do that with the clock, everything is on its own network.
