Can I use the functions "wake up & fall asleep naturally" without the Hue Bridge but with the Hue Bluetooth App and switch on the timer individually? Or does it need the bridge for that?

The more complex the task you need for your lamps, the more likely it is that Bluetooth is not enough. You have to imagine that you need a Bluetooth connection from your phone or other device all the time, because there is no actual intelligence in the lamp. Whereas with a patch you have the power of the internet behind it. It's definitely more stable, and my experience with it shows that it works perfectly well, yet perfectly well thought out and stable.
