Question about Inter Link Westerland

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen I had just discovered the table with the article no. 6404156 and was amazed at the beautiful appearance and the favourable price. What disturbed me enormously, however, was that Galaxus is selling a product here, the wood of which comes from Brazil. How can you justify this when at the end of the shopping basket, in the payment conditions, you can still pay the surcharge for climate compensation? In my opinion, this reads extremely contradictory. Thank you very much for your statement. Kind regards Daniel

Digitec Galaxus does not want to patronise its customers, but to inform them as comprehensively as possible so that they can make a conscious decision for or against a table made of Brazilian spruce. The same applies to climate compensation: anyone who wants to compensate for their purchase-related carbon footprint can do so - voluntarily and in the knowledge that they are investing their money in certified and controlled projects.
