Question about Topstar Hard floor castors GAP
Do these castors only fit Topstar chairs? I need to replace the castors from a Girsberger chair: 5 hard floor castors pin 20mm length /10mm diameter, wheel diameter 50mm. The pin would actually fit, but when I compare the snap ring, the one on the Girsberger is probably further down (5mm from the top edge, looks like the Amstyle castors, but 10 instead of 11mm). If the Topstar castors don't fit, what else does Digitec have on offer for my specifications? I can only find Topstar castors and Amstyle.
They basically fit any chair with a pin diameter of 10 mm. But be careful: Girsberger chairs can also have a pin diameter of 11 mm, like mine, for example. The castors with 10 mm then fit in, but they fall out as soon as the chair is lifted - as in my case. So: measure exactly and only then order and not the other way round as I did.
Pin has length: 25 mm / diameter: 10 mm / distance to centre of snap ring: approx. 5 mm
