Does it say not dimmable is that correct?

Not dimmable with a dimmer, but can be dimmed via app

On, that's not true. The prerequisite is control via Hue Bridge or, now new, via Bluetooth. Thanks to Rich Color technology, all colours are now displayed perfectly.
