- Nature sounds": 2 different sounds. Birdsong to choose from. However, it repeats itself after a short time and can be quite annoying. With the volume set almost to minimum, it is halfway bearable, at least one of the two chirps.

I myself use the device because of the light (it slowly gets brighter over 20 minutes to the desired level) and let the mobile phone drive me out of bed acoustically.
