Good evening Have a question about the following Got a Philips sync box with the fidelio blu-Ray player on it but played a dvd, only unfortunately this sync box didn't work together but it just starts up when the TV is turned on so what could the problem be Like to hear it Gr Marcel

The Sync Box only supports HDMI signals from 720p. DVDs often run at 480p/576p, therefore no synchronisation.

Found it goes through the Hue app
