Hello, I have connected the lamp and I like the lamp very much. When I synchronise the lamp with Spotify, only the lower part lights up? Is it possible to adjust this or is it a mistake?

I also had the problem. After I updated the lamp, it was solved. The updates happen automatically once a day. The unit must always be connected to the power supply.

I was able to solve the problem. In the Hue app -> Settings ->Entertainment areas-> Reload synchronisation.
A small lamp was the master of the sound synchronisation.

Hmm good question I don't have Spotify... What about the TV? Do all three areas light up?
