Question about Philips Hue White Ambiance

Hello:) My ceiling light is currently controlled via a flush-mounted Feller rotary dimmer with a corresponding non-smart light source. Can I just screw this Philips Hue E27 lamp into my ceiling light and leave the rotary dimmer fully turned up and everything will work? What would happen if I operated the rotary dimmer with such Philips Hue lamps on it? Are Hue lamps also "classically" dimmable? Thank you very much!

I don't have the same rotary dimmer.
When I turn it down, it starts to flicker. However, everything works when turned up all the way. I can control and dim everything as usual via the app or my own local smart home.
