Hi, how heavy is this board (45 X 60 CM)? I am wondering if it could be attached to the wall with adhesive support and velcro.

It's a little under 2kg. If it were me, I trust velcro, but I wouldn't trust the adhesive backing on the velcro. I don't think that will hold. But a couple medium screws will easily support it.
