Hi, I've been using my hue sync box for about 1 year and everything has been fine. But for a while now I've been unable to synchronise, I reset everything, I reconnect to the Wi-Fi and the moment it asks me to confirm with the on/off button the light turns green but there's no reaction on the application. I've tried many times but it crashes every time. Can anyone help me?
