I bought the Philipps Hue Lightstrips Set from Galaxus (both with Bluetooth) and the extension piece (1 metre) has not worked correctly since the beginning. The main piece takes on colour changes, the extension shows no colours but only "normal" light in all brightness variations. I received both items new yesterday, but they are not really usable. Does anyone have a suggestion for a solution or should I just buy a new extension piece? By the time the warranty case would have been solved, I would have long since disposed of the Lightstripes in the rubbish;)
