If the product no longer works for you and flashes 3 times, try the instructions and it worked for me. Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. We recommend that you perform a reset on Zoe. Please follow the steps below: 1. unplug the Zoe 2. empty the water tank of Zoe and rinse it with warm water 3. plug the Zoe back in 4. press & hold the LED button first and then press the ON/OFF button as well 5. keep both buttons pressed for approx. 2-3 seconds 6. after that the LED should flash 2 times 7. fill the Zoe with water again and start it.
