Is it Hue Bridge V1 or V2 ? I would like to buy this product but on the Philips site you have different info about end-of-life between V1 and V2. V2 is of course more attractive ;-) https://www2.meethue.com/de-ch/support/end-of-support-policy#1

The square bridge is the V2. Thus, the bridge included in this product should be the V2.
