Is it possible to use this alarm clock permanently on battery power? what kind of battery does it need? (that the display then only lights up on touch would be fine with me anyway.) thanks for short AW!

We always recommend using 1.5 V alkaline batteries, not rechargeable batteries, to operate our devices.
It would be possible to operate the alarm clock exclusively with batteries. In this case, the display
in this case, the display only appears when touched.
