Question about Philips Hue Bridge

The Hue Bridge was great for a long time. It worked with Swisscom and also via a Develo device via UPC. Now I have moved and have a Salt connection. When I connect the bridge to the router via Ethernet, the bridge only connects to the network for a very short time, then it immediately loses the connection again. Resets of the box and bridge or a fixed IP do nothing. Is there anyone who has also connected the Hue Bridge via Salt Fiber and had similar problems?

I searched Reddit yesterday. Apparently the bridge hung up during an update and is unusable for this reason. I have now ordered a new bridge and hope that this will solve the problem.

Like what?
Does the device still need a provider? I don't think so.
Have you not activated WIFI on your Salt modem?
It's really stupid with this Hue Bridge, it only needs internet if you want to switch the light on and off via the APP when you're in Mexico lel

Normal Wifi should be enough because these chips in the lights communicate with the bridge via Wifi.
Just log into the modem! Google your modem and ask for the IP or try http://192.168.0.1/ which is often standard!
