What can be the reason that the watch self-tunes into time 1 hour 5 minutes different from the real time in Switzerland?

Dear customer

Please check the battery regarding their power and use 1.5 V Alkaline batteries, not rechargeable ones.
If the time still differs with a fresh battery, we have to assume a defect and recommend to claim the device
at your retailer to use your warranty.
