What is the minimum and maximum length of the two shorter poles (100 and 140 cm)? I am not sure which width I need.

In this model (100 cm) the length is adjustable from a minimum of 65 cm to a maximum of 100 cm and in the 140 cm version it is from a minimum of 90 cm to a maximum of 140 cm.
