In addition to the app, the following options are available for switching the LED strips on and off and dimming them:

- Dimmer switch: you can use a Hue dimmer switch to control the brightness and colour.
- Voice assistants: With Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple HomeKit, you can control the lighting by voice command.
- Tap Dial: The Tap Dial from Philips Hue also offers a way to control the lighting using physical inputs.

These options are particularly useful if you have a Hue Bridge, as they allow seamless integration into your smart home system.
