The white hose provides soft, highly pure osmosis water. The hardened, contaminated residual water from the blue hose is fed into the drain. The simple production of high-purity, very soft water is the ideal basis for setting species-appropriate water values for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. It features a modern polyamide/polysulfone membrane. An activated carbon filter protects against chlorine, while a fine filter protects against suspended particles. The increased diaphragm service life and high continuous output are due to a flushing valve that removes performance-reducing deposits on the diaphragm.
