Food, plant remains and metabolic products form pollution at the bottom of the aquarium (mulm). If there is a lack of oxygen in the aquarium, there is a danger of rotting of the bottom due to the mulm. Putrefaction endangers the health of the aquarium inhabitants. Therefore, it makes sense to clean the bottom at regular intervals. Connect the hose to the stopcock at one end and to the mulch bell at the other end. Attach the end with the stopcock to the bucket with a clip. The clip prevents the hose from slipping out of the bucket. Hold the bottom cleaner in the water and activate it by shaking it (no suction with the mouth necessary). Go through the gravel of the aquarium bottom piece by piece with the mulm bell. To finish, attach the mulga bell to the edge of the aquarium with a clip and close the stopcock. The small, round cross-section allows cleaning even in hard-to-reach places. The corner at the edge of the mulga bell allows cleaning of the corners. The suction strength can be regulated with the cleaning claw. Accidental sucking in of fish or plants is not possible due to the built-in protective sieve.
