The heating rod automatically shuts off when the desired temperature is reached, thanks to the temperature sensor. The tube is made of quartz glass, which is known for its exceptional resistance to temperature fluctuations and heat – this means there is absolutely no risk of breakage or explosion if the heater is accidentally removed from the water during operation and then reinserted.
