Pristine delivers bacteria that eliminate excess food, waste, and detritus in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. It uses a natural, non-chemical method called bioaugmentation to improve water quality. By breaking down sludge and detritus, it reduces the rise of nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia, lowers the risk of algae growth, increases water clarity, and thus promotes the overall health of the aquarium and its fish. Instructions: Shake well before use. Turn off UV light and ozone. Use 1 capful (5 ml) for 40 liters. Then, use a maintenance dose of 1 capful (5 ml) per 80 liters. Antibiotics should be removed with activated carbon and a water change before adding bacteria. Wait 2 to 3 days for the bacteria to establish before using UV sterilizers or ozone. Repeated use of the product may indicate overstocking of the aquarium, overfeeding, or unsuitable filtration for the aquarium.
