The SunSun HBL-302 Hang-on Filter is ideal for small aquariums that do not have enough space for an internal aquarium filter.

Installing the filter is very easy and can be done in just a few minutes. The filter housing simply hangs on the side or back wall of the aquarium, while the aquarium pump is mounted inside the aquarium.

The water flow of the filter can be adjusted continuously, allowing it to be tailored to the size of the aquarium.

The hang-on filter is equipped with fine filter fleece that retains coarse dirt and even the smallest particles, as well as activated carbon that removes unwanted odors and cloudiness from the aquarium water.

The filter can also be customized with biological filter media such as zeolite or bio-filter rings. However, care must be taken with the correct placement of the filter media, as disrupting the water flow could lead to the filter overflowing.
