The eggs are regularly tilted back and forth along their longitudinal axis. This tilting simulates the natural turning movements of the hen and prevents the chick from sticking to the egg shell and dying. Turning is therefore essential for the successful hatching of chicks. Switch off the automatic turning system 3-4 days before hatching, as the eggs must no longer be turned from this point onwards to make it easier for the chicks to hatch. During the incubation period, the incubator regulates processes such as incubation time, temperature, turning of the eggs and an alarm that warns you of deviations from the target temperature. The temperature, turning interval and incubation period can be programmed. The processes are regulated and carried out automatically.
