Question about PetSafe Petporte Smart Flap
After yesterday's thunderstorm, the cat flap opens outwards but the cat can't get in the other way round. What can I do?

Good evening, I would disconnect the device from the power supply and restart it. Greetings H. Schmid
- Does your cat have a chip?
- Which LED lights up?
- Consult the instructions
- Disconnect the flap from the power supply for a few seconds
- Reprogramme the flap or switch it to chip mode (open outwards, inwards only with chip)
- Hold your cat against the flap from the outside and see if the flap opens with the chip
- Reprogramme your cat's chip
