Good day, now it happens again for the repeated time that we do not receive a GPS signal for both trackers! What is the problem ? It's really annoying, we have expensive plans and so often it doesn't work !!!! Since I have two trackers, it can't be the one. It's a pain, we can't see where our cats are and that's the MOST IMPORTANT thing !!!! Tractive's customer service is so tedious, you can't get an answer !!!!

Hello, where are the cats when no GPS is displayed? And is it always the case that no GPS is received?

I can only agree with this. After about 3 months of good work, the device suddenly had no network connection and only worked halfway within Bluetooth range of the mobile phone. Tracking is of course impossible. The only thing I got from support was the instruction to restart the tracker, which you can also find on the website. And that was 1 month ago. In the meantime, I have ordered another tracker from a competitor.
