Hello, I received the device today, but I have a problem with the WLAN, it is found, but it stops at 33% in the app and does not continue. The wifi no longer flashes on the toilet after a while. What should I do? Please help. Greetings

Hello,
what worked for me: using less modern wifi, e.g. with a repeater. My litter box wouldn't connect to 5G wifi. According to the manual, "Use a 2.4 GHz WiFi network to connect the product. 5 GHz Wi-Fi is not supported".

I have received this appliance 3 times. The first time it worked properly until a motor problem forced me to send it back. The second time there was a connection problem but I could operate it manually. The third time, nothing worked because I couldn't connect it to the .... app. I wrote to the supplier (China) but all they gave me was the procedure.... which I already knew.
What a shame!

Same problem here. After unplugging to clean, nothing works at all. Stops at 33%. Is there already a solution?

No such case has been reported to us yet, we assume the app is up to date?
We would therefore have to ask the manufacturer whether this is a known problem and whether a solution is available. If the manufacturer is also unable to help, there is probably a defect and the item would have to be replaced/repaired.
