Question about Petkit Eversweet drinking fountain, 1.35l
Hello ! need help: The fountain was working very well, it informs me that the filter needs to be changed, which I do! The filter indicator is OK but the fountain no longer works! The water no longer comes out... any solution?
You can try the following:
- The connection under the well must not be wet
- Remove the power plug for a few minutes and then plug it in again
- If the button lights up red or does not light up at all
- Press the button at the connection station for a few seconds until a confirmation tone sounds, then press the button again for a few seconds until the confirmation tone sounds again.
- Otherwise report a warranty claim
The pump propeller has probably stopped turning. Have you ever taken the pump apart and cleaned and descaled it properly? This also needs to be done regularly. There are instructions in the app.
