Question about Petkit Eversweet drinking fountain, 1.35l
Hello I have the problem that the water control light has been on constantly for two days although I always clean the pump, the water level is never too low or too high as I replace the water! I don't know what to do? Can anyone help me? My dog misses his fountain!

I haven't had this problem yet, but according to the operating instructions, here are a few sources of error.
Is the upper part correctly seated on the lower power supply unit and does it make good contact?
Is the upper shell correctly seated on the pump outlet?
Is the passage of the upper shell correctly screwed?
Is the mains cable correctly inserted in the bottom of the plate?
Last but not least, maybe disconnect the power cable and remove the batteries.
If all else fails, contact the customer service.
