Hello, It's been a few months since I bought this product, at first everything worked perfectly. But now, the machine doesn't display the weight as it should, my cat weighs 5kg6 and it displays 2kg3, which is wrong. What should I do?

You must reset the scale. Simply press and hold 🆗 when the start screen lights up until you hear a confirmation tone. It will then level the scales and sand. Then it should be correct again.
