Hi, I've had this water cooler for years and it's always worked well. For several days now, the fountain has been working as usual but there is a loud noise which probably comes from the pump. I've completely emptied and cleaned the fountain and changed the filter, then reset everything, but nothing changes. The noise is quite loud and persists. Obviously, the fountain is no longer under warranty and I don't know what to do.
