I ordered this fountain and after installing it and following the instructions exactly, the filter light came on. I tried replacing it and resetting it (5. seconds printed on button) but nothing helped, it still lit up and the fountain did not work. Strangely though, the light does not come on when I unplug the power cable and the fountain runs off the batteries. But I don't want to keep this mode because then the fountain keeps interrupting even in (normal mode) Can anyone help me with this problem?
