The chip can be programmed as described in the instructions, but when the cat comes, only the green LED lights up and the lock does not open. Does anyone have any idea if something is configured incorrectly or if the flap is defective? Best thanks

Everything worked fine for me according to the instructions. When the door unlocks, it is also clearly audible. If nothing can be heard, I suspect a defect...
