The red light for the filter change does not go away. I received the fountain new today and washed everything according to the instruction manual.

If the light does not go out, you should press the main button (normal / smart) for 7-10 seconds. For me, it went away like this.

Ha, the mains plug was to blame. I have now replaced it with another one and now the fountain runs perfectly.
