Question about Petkit Pura Max

We have had the pura max for about 2 months now. At the beginning, three out of four cats visited it regularly, but since about 14 days it has only been used very rarely. Instead, it's the manual toilet in the bathroom again. The pura max works perfectly, is regularly refilled and the waste bin is changed. What can we do?

Helpful answer

Have you already tried to get rid of the old litter box in the bathroom?

Abolish the manual toilet and clean the Pura Max regularly. For the walls we use wet wipes (toilet). Works great.

I had the same experience; solution: The Pura Max also needs to be cleaned regularly. What has helped me most is a microbiological spray that binds the urine smell in the sabbath.

Our cats were shocked when the toilet turned on its own. We are still getting used to it and at the moment we only clean it when we are standing next to it. We have removed the old toilet. We also put a wooden box in front of the toilet so that the step is not so big. They use it regularly now. I will try the automatic function in a few weeks. Many greetings
