When purchasing from an official retailer the Litter robot comes with a 90 day return policy. However, I don't understand what the official retailers are in Switzerland. Does Galaxus provide this 90 day return policy as well?

No, we have a 30-day right of return. In this case, for hygiene reasons, only if the product is still unopened. It is not the same as a manufacturer's warranty, for example, as we take it back within this period and not the manufacturer.
