What is special about the metal nipple torture device?

It is a refined little device made of a steel ring that fits around the nipple. The device features a steel frame with a cloverleaf clamp and a screw mechanism.

Once attached, you can pull tension on the nipple to keep the device in place. Slowly turning the dial stretches the nipple to achieve the desired effect. As with all clamps, it is best to keep lubricants and similar substances away from the areas where they are applied: even a hint of lubricant can cause the clamps to slip. The clamps are removable, allowing you to use your own favorite clamps or similar ones.
