This black mini dress from Noir features a fine transparent tulle top combined with a powerwetlook skirt. It is soft and stretchy throughout for a high level of comfort. The wide-cut tulle top has long batwing sleeves and an extra deep neckline at the front and back. The cuffs and the stand-up collar with press studs at the front are made from the same Powerwetlook material as the tight short skirt.
