This is a sneaky little device made of a steel ring that sits around the nipple with a steel frame and includes a cloverleaf nipple clamp as well as a screw mechanism. Once attached, the tension pulling on the nipple keeps the clamp in place. When you turn it slowly, the nipple is pulled and stretched to achieve the desired effect. The clamps are removable, allowing you to use your own favorite clamps or similar items.
