The Alba series features a Ti-X coating, a seal that is made even more durable by an additional titanium layer. The aluminum base with steel plates ensures optimal heat distribution. It has a V-shaped handle. Heat is distributed from the pan body to two bridges, which means the handle at the rear end heats up significantly slower. The pans are also suitable for the oven, up to 250 °C. Thickness is 4.5 mm. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. Dishwasher safe.
