The body of the mandoline is made of Bpa-free plastic, while the blades are made of rust-free, high-quality stainless steel. The blades can be infinitely adjusted from 0.5 mm to 5 mm using a wheel and have a blade width of 65 mm. Three additional blades with 1, 2.5 and 6 mm teeth and a safety slider to protect fingers are included. A non-slip foot anchor and a hook are integrated to ensure that nothing slips on the floor or the edge of a bowl during cutting. The mandoline can be dismantled into its individual parts for cleaning and can even be washed in the dishwasher at a low temperature.
