The granite coating is enriched with granite particles, providing greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware.

The pots and pans allow for frying with minimal fat content, as the pan heats up like a stone and distributes heat evenly across the surface. The composition of the aluminum body and the ferromagnetic base allows for use on induction cooktops and all other types of stoves.
