Characteristic for the Blaupunkt electric slicer FMS601 is the 19 cm precision blade made of stainless steel. With it, every slice of bread becomes perfectly equal and the cheese and sausage slices are always as thick as you want them. The slicer also helps you to prepare equally thick, juicy pieces of meat, e.g. for steaks. The set includes a removable trolley that makes it easy to feed the products to the blade and a leftover holder for precise cutting and protecting your fingers from the cuts. The trolley is made of coated aluminum, while the leftover holder is made of plastic, which is safe for human health. Both elements can be easily removed from the slicer and cleaned under running water. The sturdy aluminium base plate with non-slip legs and the adjustment device made of cast aluminium ensure safety, quality and durability of the appliance. With the adjuster, the thickness of the slices can be adjusted in a wide range - from 1 mm to 20 mm- so that you can easily cut the products into really thin, tender slices and into thick pieces, such as meat for chops. The thickness of the slices is adjusted with the convenient lever on the back of the adjuster. The safety of the device during operation is ensured by non-slip legs, blade guard and pulsation mode (the device works only when the switch is pressed).
