Our polyester cord is incredibly durable and long-lasting, all at an affordable price. It has many of the same properties as silk cord, making it a favorite for jewelry making and macrame projects. You can braid and tie the beads or thread them onto the cord. For example, if you use the cord for making beaded jewelry, you can simplify the process even further. Just melt the end of the cord and roll it between two fingers to form a sharp tip. Alternatively, you can dip the end in glue, roll it to a point, and let the glue dry. This seals and stiffens the end, preventing fraying while threading the beads.
