A new horizontal double blade, wavy and serrated, designed for cutting all fruits and vegetables, including soft varieties and citrus fruits. It includes three julienne combs: 2 mm, 4 mm, and 10 mm. The product features a patented dicing system for cutting cubes and diamonds in sizes of 2 mm, 4 mm, and 10 mm. The wavy plate allows for better gliding, and the julienne blade is recessed within the frame. The carriage and round pusher are made from brushed stainless steel composite material and are equipped with a rotational control system to enable easy and gentle cutting of cubes and discs. The design combines stainless steel and composite polymers, offering a brushed stainless steel look with a matte finish. It can produce smooth or wavy round slices, julienne cuts of 2 mm, 4 mm, 7 mm, or 10 mm, waffle cuts, cubes, and diamonds with slices of up to 10 mm. Care instructions: Wash blades by hand; the frame is dishwasher safe.
