The Demeyere 5 Plus frying pan (28 cm) is uncoated and made of a 5-layer material that is 3.0 mm thick up to the rim. It offers optimum heat conductivity and has a moulded stainless steel handle. Thanks to the Silvinox surface treatment, it is extremely resistant. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, and dishwasher-safe.
