Made from a 7-layer material that is 4.8 mm thick up to the edge, the pans are made in such a way that a non-stick layer is no longer necessary. When the pan is warm enough, all you have to do is reduce the fire by half and the pan will do the rest by itself. The surface treatments (Silvinox or Brinox) and the shape make these pans very easy to clean.
