Thanks to the truly impressive size of the throat (13 millimetres), the model is completely safe to use. The grip is acceptable thanks to the many material grooves in the handpiece, even if the handpiece only wants to fit partially into the hands. Finally, the quality of the cutting is mixed before and after cooking: during cooking, there is always a lot of resistance.

The knife is superbly made. Most of the weight is located in the hand part, so you have to press a little harder against the food during cutting. The front and rear hand guards are both very pronounced, so that the hands have sufficient protection.
